Supportive network for Mums

Mums & Bubs is all about mums having a place to train while not having to worry about their kids. This class, their children are free to hang with mum while mum works up a sweat. This class incorporates all of our classes, muay thai, sparring, HIIT, kettlebells and functional fitness to give mums the opportunity to benefit from all that is on offer at SMT without having to find a daycare. Being a mum is the only requirement. Bringing the children is optional.
